Gender equality, diversity and inclusion work fails for predictable reasons: a strategy nobody is accountable for, a training that ends when the room empties, a commitment nothing can measure. Every mandate begins with a free 30-minute scoping call, and comes with a written proposal, a defined budget and a fixed timeline.
Research, Diagnostics & Evaluation
Know where you stand, with evidence you can defend.
The problem. You need to answer a hard question credibly. A funder wants to know what your investment produced. Your board wants to know why the same patterns persist. A policy team needs evidence before it commits. Or you suspect something isn't working — a retention gap, a survey result, a complaint — but you don't want to spend budget solving the wrong problem.

Methodology and evaluation matrix validated prior to data collection, mixed-method data collection, data-based findings report, prioritized and costed recommendations, validation workshop, and summary and presentation for decision-making.

The problem. You've run the trainings. The commitment is on your website. And the same dynamics persist — because the issue isn't awareness. It's how decisions get made, who holds power, how budgets are allocated, and what your systems quietly reward. This is the layer most organizations skip. It's also the only one that changes results.

Multi-year strategy co-developed through participatory workshops; results framework with indicators and clearly assigned responsibilities; accountability structure; revised and integrated policies; costed implementation plan; and ongoing support provided via a monthly bank of days.

Training, Facilitation & Capacity Building

The problem. Your teams have heard the terms but don't know what to do differently in their actual work. Or you've booked awareness sessions before and watched them change nothing — because they were generic, one-directional, and disconnected from how your organization really operates.
